Titiminas Silver Inc. is a Peru-focused silver developer advancing the past-producing high-grade Madre Sierra Silver mine in central Peru, one of the world's most prolific mining jurisdictions. The Company is pursuing a multi-asset growth strategy with a clear path to becoming a mid-tier silver producer through project development and strategic M&A, leveraging a proprietary deal flow and deep relationships across Peru. Titiminas is led by an experienced team with a proven track record in exploration, development, financings and operations.
Management Profile:
Luis Goyzueta, President and CEO: Natural resources entrepreneur and investor with over 28 years of experience across Peru and Latin America. Founder of several successful Peruvian mining companies. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from Bentley University. Deep operational and capital markets expertise in building mining businesses from development to exit.
What are your key goals for the next 3 months?:
Continue aggressive underground drilling across Madre Sierra, Madre Sierra Norte and the Titiminas CRD, with regular assay results as drilling progresses. Validate and expand the historical mineralization, particularly demonstrating continuity around the historical Madre Sierra resource area while testing the broader high-grade potential identified at Madre Sierra North and the CRD. Advance metallurgical test work. Complete/advance geotechnical and mine-engineering work using the new drill core, including geomechanical logging, mine planning, ventilation and equipment selection. Build the technical foundation for the maiden MRE and PEA.
What are your key goals for the next 6 months?:
Continue the underground drill program at Madre Sierra, Madre Sierra Norte and the Titiminas CRD, with regular assay results. Demonstrate continuity and expand mineralization beyond the areas covered by the historical estimate. Advance metallurgical test work and confirm recoveries/concentrate characteristics. Advance geotechnical and mine engineering, including mine planning, ventilation, equipment selection and processing-plant work. Progress the technical work required for the maiden NI 43-101 resource, targeted for Q2/Q3 2027. Continue evaluating the broader property, including additional exploration targets, while keeping the near-term focus on Madre Sierra and the path toward development.
What are your key goals for the next 12 months?:
Complete the current drill programs and continue expanding/defining Madre Sierra, Madre Sierra Norte and the Titiminas CRD. Deliver a maiden NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate, targeted for Q2/Q3 2027. Complete metallurgical, geotechnical and engineering work required to support development planning. Advance the PEA, incorporating mine design, processing, infrastructure and economics. Define the potential restart/development plan for the permitted 350 tpd operation and establish a clearer picture of capex, operating costs and potential production. Continue testing district-scale exploration upside, while maintaining the core focus on getting Madre Sierra toward development.
What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?:
Titiminas Silver offers investors exposure to a high-grade, past-producing silver project in central Peru with existing underground development, infrastructure, permits and strong community support. Unlike many early-stage silver companies, Titiminas is advancing an asset with extensive historical work and a potential path back to production, while current drilling is demonstrating significant exploration upside beyond the historical mine area. The company is well funded and executing an aggressive program of drilling, metallurgy and engineering, targeting a maiden NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate in 2027, followed by economic studies and a potential development decision. With an experienced management team, strong insider and institutional ownership, and a longer-term strategy to build a meaningful Peruvian silver producer, Titiminas offers both near-term catalysts and significant growth potential.
What are your corporate activities?:
Titiminas Silver is advancing the past-producing Madre Sierra silver project in central Peru through an extensive underground drilling program focused on confirming and expanding known high-grade mineralization across Madre Sierra, Madre Sierra Norte and the Titiminas CRD. In parallel, the company is advancing metallurgical, geotechnical and engineering work to support a maiden NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate targeted for 2027, followed by economic studies and evaluation of a potential mine restart. The company is also assessing additional exploration opportunities across its 7,400-hectare land package
