Akobo Minerals is a Scandinavian-based gold exploration and mining company listed on Euronext Oslo. Headquartered in Oslo, Norway, the Company operates in the highly prospective Akobo region of southwest Ethiopia, within the underexplored Arabian-Nubian Shield (ANS) mineral belt. Akobo has successfully transitioned from explorer to producer through the development of the Segele gold mine, one of the world's highest-grade operating gold deposits, with an average reserve grade of 22.7 g/t gold. The Company combines gold production, resource growth, and district-scale exploration across a large land package with substantial discovery potential. Focused on operational excellence, responsible mining, and sustainable development, Akobo aims to expand production, grow its resource base, and create long-term value for shareholders, local communities, and other stakeholders.
