She brings deep expertise in corporate and investor-facing communications, market positioning, stakeholder strategy, and regulatory communications, with a proven ability to deliver clear, transparent, and credible messaging that strengthens shareholder confidence and supports informed decision-making. Throughout her career, Sam has advised executive teams and boards on strategic communications and led multi-layered stakeholder programs for major resource projects, including her work with Nations Royalty Corp, a majority Indigenous-owned royalty company. Previously, she founded and led a public relations firm specializing in the construction and mining sectors, and is recognized for aligning community and corporate priorities to build long-lasting partnerships, while communicating outcomes with clarity, credibility, and impact.

What are your key goals for the next 3 months?:
• Complete Phase 2 construction of the Red Mountain access road.
• Commence underground development at the Premier Mine as part of the planned path toward production.
• Continue advancing engagement and collaboration with the Nisga’a Nation, local communities and key stakeholders as development progresses across Cambria’s portfolio.

What are your key goals for the next 6 months?:
• Receive the exploration permit for the Mt. Margaret Copper-Gold Deposit in Washington State.
• Complete the updated feasibility study for the Premier and Red Mountain projects, targeted for Q1 2027.
• Continue advancing underground development, infrastructure and mill upgrades in preparation for the targeted restart of the Premier Mine Complex.

What are your key goals for the next 12 months?:
• Complete key construction, underground development and mill upgrades required to position the Premier Mine Complex for targeted initial gold production in Q4 2027.
• Advance Red Mountain underground and surface development and prepare for ore haulage to the Premier processing facility.
• Advance Mt. Margaret through permitting, exploration planning and technical work to further define the scale and potential of the copper-gold system.
