Cobra is a South Australian critical minerals developer, advancing two projects that have the potential to establish Cobra as a significant copper and rare earths developer in South Australia.

In 2023, Cobra identified the Boland ionic rare earth discovery at its Wudinna Project in the Gawler Craton - Australia's only rare earth project suitable for in situ recovery (ISR) mining. ISR is a low-cost, low-disturbance extraction method that eliminates the need for excavation, positioning Boland to achieve bottom-quartile recovery costs. The Company has produced an industry-leading, high purity Mixed Rare Earth Carbonate product, removing 100% of low value cerium.

In 2025, Cobra expanded its portfolio by optioning the Manna Hill Copper Project in the Nackara Arc, South Australia. The project contains multiple underexplored prospects with strong potential to deliver large-scale copper discoveries. Drilling results from Cobra so far yielded standout intersections including 74m at 1.02% copper and 62m at 1.0% copper, providing sufficient compelling evidence for economic scale.

In 2025, Cobra sold its Wudinna Gold Assets to Barton Gold (ASX: BDG) for up to A$15 million in cash and shares and future production payments.

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?

Advancing two projects toward significant value inflections.

Cobra’s Boland Rare Earths Project is a strategic, bottom quartile cost opportunity that can deliver a market resilient, self-sustaining source of dysprosium and terbium, while the Manna Hill Copper Project is the right geological setting to deliver a major porphyry discovery.
