Delta’s Managing Director, James Croser, is an experienced industry executive having worked in Western Australian mining operations, management & corporate roles for the last 30 years. James is a Mining Engineer by trade and co-founded Delta Lithium in 2020, after a successful stint as Executive Director with Spectrum Metals Ltd. He continues to lead the Company as it strives to develop its exciting package of WA assets.

October 2025: RC Drilling to recommence at Yinnetharra. Gold Drilling at Mt Ida (conducted by Ballard Mining) intercepts notable lithium intervals. Seeks to investigate high grade Rubidium occurrences at Mt Ida.
June 2025: Demerger of gold assets into Ballard Mining Limited (ASX: BM1) and successful IPO. Delta maintains a 46% shareholding in Ballard Mining.
April / May 2025: Acquisition of tenure adjacent to Yinnetharra, including the Aston Project
March 2025: Yinnetharra Lithium and Tantalum MRE Update

• Successfully complete drill program at Yinnetharra & release results
• Update Mt Ida Lithium/Tantalum resource to include high-grade Rubidium

• Complete metallurgy testwork to incorporate rubidium recovery into Mt Ida flowsheet design
• Expand Yinnetharra resource to include recent drilling
12 Months
Be zeroing-in on the pathway to a Final Investment Decision at either Mt Ida or Yinnetharra
What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?
The primary challenge facing Delta Lithium is the current weakness in lithium prices, which has impacted sentiment across the sector. However, we remain confident in the long-term fundamentals driven by global electrification and energy storage demand. Delta is well-capitalised and is maintaining a disciplined approach to capital deployment, allowing us to continue advancing our projects while preserving value for shareholders.
