Kirkland Lake Discoveries has assembled a 420-km² exploration portfolio in the Kirkland Lake region of Ontario’s Abitibi Greenstone Belt, one of the most prolific mining districts in the world. The Company’s properties span key fault zones, geophysical anomalies, and volcanic-sedimentary contacts within the Blake River Group, a highly prospective assemblage known to host both gold and polymetallic massive-sulphide deposits.
With exploration permits now in place, KLDC is positioned to advance a strong pipeline of drill-ready targets at KL South, KL West and KL East, supported by multiple anomalous soil trends, historical mineral showings, and structurally controlled intersections.

What are your key goals for the next 3, 6 and 12 months?
3 Months
Over the next three months, KLDC is focused on driving shareholder value through an aggressive exploration phase, headlined by the launch of diamond drilling at the newly acquired Mirado Gold Project and the completion of its 25,000-meter regional campaign. The company aims to refine high-grade "vectoring" at KL West and Winnie Lake and expand known mineralization at Mirado. Leveraging a recent OTCQB uplisting, KLDC is positioned to utilize consistent assay news-flow as a primary catalyst for market cap growth, aiming to re-rate the company’s valuation as it proves up high-grade core zones within its expansive gold-copper portfolio.
6 Months
Over the next six months, KLDC is executing an aggressive transition from regional discovery to resource-driven growth. The company is completing its fully funded 25,000m drill program, with high-priority diamond drilling at the newly acquired Mirado Gold Project and vector-guided step-outs at KL West. By leveraging consistent assay flow from this drill campaign and a recent OTCQB uplisting, KLDC aims to drive a significant market re-rating. The objective is to prove up high-grade core zones and consolidate a world-class gold-copper portfolio in the heart of the Abitibi Greenstone Belt.
12 Months
Over the next 12 months, KLDC is dedicated to defining the true scale and structural continuity of its expansive gold-copper portfolio. Rather than rushing into a premature resource estimate, the company is focused on aggressive step-out drilling to "find the edges" of the newly expanded Mirado system and the high-grade Winnie Lake corridor. By systematically testing the strike and depth limits of these systems, KLDC aims to demonstrate the district-scale potential of its assets. This discovery-first approach ensures that valuation is driven by the total upside of a massive mineralized system, positioning KLDC as a primary vehicle for discovery growth in the heart of the Abitibi.
What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?
KLDC offers a unique combination of district-scale upside and de-risked historical assets in the heart of the Abitibi. With the largest consolidated land package in the Kirkland Lake camp—over 42,000 hectares—we are currently executing one of the junior sector’s most aggressive exploration programs. Our two-pronged strategy pairs the expansion of the high-grade Mirado Gold Project with a blue-sky discovery push at KL West, where we have identified a massive 17-km mineralized corridor. Backed by a 25,000-meter drilling campaign and a steady stream of pending assays, KLDC provides investors with consistent catalysts and exposure to a potentially district-defining gold-copper system in a Tier-1 jurisdiction.
