Liberty Gold is advancing the Black Pine Project in southeastern Idaho, one of the largest oxide gold development projects in the Great Basin. Black Pine is a large-scale, open-pit, run-of-mine heap leach project with a 4.04 million ounce Probable Mineral Reserve and a 16-year mine life. The 2026 Feasibility Study outlines average annual production of approximately 202,000 ounces in the first five years and 177,000 ounces over the life of mine. The project is advancing through detailed engineering, permitting and construction readiness, supported by a coordinated FAST-41 federal permitting process and a strong institutional shareholder base.

Management Profile:
Dr. Jon Gilligan is President, CEO and a Director of Liberty Gold, bringing more than 35 years of international mining experience across technical services, capital projects, open-pit mine construction and operations. Prior to joining Liberty Gold, he held senior roles with Torex Gold Resources, SSR Mining and BHP, contributing to major projects and operations including Marigold, Chinchillas, Olympic Dam and Escondida. Dr. Gilligan holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Geology from University College London and a Ph.D. in gold mineralization from the University of Southampton. He leads Liberty Gold’s advancement of the Black Pine Project toward permitting, financing and construction readiness.

What are your key goals for the next 3 months?:
Advance detailed engineering, early procurement, project financing activities and ongoing technical work at Black Pine, while continuing the 2026 drill program and progressing permitting under the FAST-41 process.

What are your key goals for the next 6 months?:
Deliver additional drilling and technical results, advance the updated resource work, progress key engineering and procurement packages, and further define the project financing pathway and construction readiness plan.

What are your key goals for the next 12 months?:
Continue de-risking Black Pine toward a construction decision through permitting, detailed engineering, procurement, financing and operational readiness, while demonstrating additional resource and exploration upside across the project.

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?:
Liberty Gold offers exposure to a large-scale, advanced-stage U.S. gold development asset with meaningful production scale, strong economics and a technically straightforward run-of-mine heap leach configuration. Black Pine has a 4.04 million ounce Probable Mineral Reserve, a 16-year mine life and is expected to produce approximately 202,000 ounces annually during its first five years. The project is advancing through a defined federal permitting process under FAST-41, while detailed engineering, procurement and financing activities are progressing in parallel. With substantial resource upside, strong institutional ownership and a clear path toward construction, we believe Liberty Gold offers significant leverage to continued project de-risking.
