Smooth start of construction of our graphite mine in Quebec, followed 6 months after by the start of construction of our anode material plant

Final investment decision underpinned by the designation by the Canadian Federal Government of our Matawinie project as a major project of national interest. Start construction of both the graphie mine and the anode material plant and deliver interim construction milestones on time and on budget.

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?
Currently no operating graphite mine in the G7. Strong tailwinds for critical minerals in general and strong strategic equity investors such as Panasonic Energy, General Motors, Mitsui, Investissement Quebec and the Canada Growth fund. Long term offtakes support the bankability of our projects. Located in Quebec (Canada), a prime jurisdiction offering amongst others low cost and green hydro. All key permits in hand as well as a signed benefit agreement with first nation partners. Them mine is ready to build with detailed engineering close to 80% completed
