Stimulate open-market interest, prepare for potential Final Investment decision and start of construction in 2026

What recent news would you like to highlight to investors attending?

Investment and signed offtakes from General Motors and Panasonic (Feb 2024). Investment by Investissement Quebec and Canada Growth fund (Dec. 2024). All key permits in hand. Benefit agreement in place with first nations (Dec. 2024). Shovel-ready, pending financing. Our Matawinie graphite mine project designated as a major project of national interest by the Canadian Federal Government in November 2025.

What are your key goals for the next 3, 6 and 12 months?

3 Months

Prepare a Final Investment Decision within the next few months

6 Months

Smooth start of construction of our graphite mine in Quebec, followed 6 months after by the start of construction of our anode material plant

12 Months

Final investment decision underpinned by the designation by the Canadian Federal Government of our Matawinie project as a major project of national interest. What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?

Project-financing including the debt and equity components must happen at the same time and must be underpinned by quality long term offtakes with creditworthy counterparts. The challenge is always to coordinate all the above and make them happen in a timely manner.

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?

Currently no commercial-scale operating graphite mine in the G7. Strong tailwinds for critical minerals in general and strong strategic equity investors such as Panasonic Energy, General Motors, Mitsui, Investissement Quebec and the Canada Growth fund. Long term offtakes support the bankability of our projects. Located in Quebec (Canada), a prime jurisdiction offering amongst others low cost and green hydro allowing to compete with the Chinese. All key permits in hand as well as a signed benefit agreement with first nation partners. Them mine is ready to build with detailed engineering close to 80% completed

What are the top 3 key investor takeaways?

1) Quality and diversified strategic investors (about 66% ownership). 2) Long term offtakes with Tier 1 customers. 3) Part on North-American onshoring story and willingness to diversifify away from China dominated supply chains
