Chris Frostad, President and CEO: A founding partner of Purepoint, Chris Frostad brings more than 40 years of experience leading and building early-stage public and private companies across the mining, metals and technology sectors. He has served as a senior executive and director of several mining and technology companies and was previously CEO-in-Residence at a Toronto venture capital firm. Mr. Frostad is a Chartered Professional Accountant and began his career in international taxation with Deloitte. Jeanny So, Corporate Communications: Jeanny So brings more than 25 years of experience in corporate communications, investor relations and capital markets. A trusted advisor and relationship-building professional within the mining industry, she has developed and executed strategic communications programs for numerous public and private companies. 1. Complete the 2026 summer drilling program at the Dorado Project, focused on expanding the high-grade Nova Discovery and testing priority regional targets.
2. Report and interpret drill results, further defining the scale, continuity and geological controls of the Nova mineralized system.
3. Increase investor awareness of Purepoint’s active exploration programs, discovery potential and partner-funded business model.

What are your key goals for the next 6 months?:
1. Integrate the full 2026 exploration results and refine the geological and targeting models for Nova and the broader Dorado Project.
2. Work with IsoEnergy, Cameco and Orano Canada to establish exploration priorities, programs and budgets for 2027.
3. Strengthen Purepoint’s market positioning by clearly communicating its expanding discovery pipeline, Athabasca Basin portfolio and strategic partnerships.

What are your key goals for the next 12 months?:
1. Launch and execute the next phase of exploration across Purepoint’s priority joint venture projects, led by continued advancement of the Nova Discovery.
2. Demonstrate further growth at Nova through systematic drilling while advancing additional targets capable of generating new discoveries across the Dorado Project.
3. Advance exploration opportunities at Hook Lake with Cameco and Orano Canada and at Smart Lake with Cameco, subject to joint venture approvals. 4. Build sustained market recognition and shareholder value through consistent exploration results, disciplined capital deployment and clear investor communication.
