Royal Road Minerals is a copper-gold exploration company headquartered in Jersey, Channel Islands, with operations focused primarily in Colombia, where the Company holds one of the country’s largest mineral title and application portfolios. Its most advanced project, Güíntar-Alemán-Margaritas (GAM), is a porphyry copper-gold-silver system in Antioquia. Notable drill results at Güíntar include 215m at 1.0 g/t AuEq (includes 75.2m at 1.9 g/t Au, 10.8 g/t Ag and 0.6% Cu) and 176m at 1.2 g/t AuEq (includes 76m at 2.1 g/t Au, 7.9 g/t Ag and 0.4% Cu), while multiple additional porphyry-related targets are being advanced across the wider GAM project.

Management Profile:
Dr Tim Coughlin is an exploration geologist with more than three decades of international experience, including extensive work across South America and Colombia. He holds a PhD from the University of Queensland focused on the tectonic evolution of the Argentine Central Andes and its relationship to copper and gold mineralization. Tim previously served as Chief Geologist for AngloGold Ashanti in South America and later consulted on projects in Colombia. In 2005, he led the identification and acquisition of the Amulsar gold project in Armenia and subsequently founded Lydian International, serving as CEO as Amulsar advanced into a +5Moz gold resource. He founded Royal Road Minerals in 2010 and has led its exploration activities in Colombia since 2015

What are your key goals for the next 3 months?:
Continue diamond drilling of the modelled southwest extension of the Güíntar porphyry at depth and test an additional target within the broader GAM project area.

What are your key goals for the next 6 months?:
Advance Güíntar into resource-focused drilling while continuing to test additional targets across GAM, including Alemán, Margaritas, Algodona, Niverengo and Venadera. In parallel, continue exploration across higher-priority licences elsewhere in Royal Road’s Colombian portfolio.

What are your key goals for the next 12 months?:
Work toward defining an initial mineral resource at Güíntar, further evaluate the discovery potential across GAM and advance at least one additional licence in the Colombian portfolio toward drill testing.

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?:
Royal Road combines an advancing copper-gold discovery, significant exploration scale and a highly aligned shareholder base. At GAM, the Company has already made a porphyry discovery at Güíntar and remains at a pre-resource stage, while several additional targets across the project have yet to be fully tested. Beyond GAM, Royal Road holds one of the largest exploration portfolios in Colombia, providing exposure to a broad pipeline of copper and gold exploration opportunities across multiple licences and project areas. Approximately 70% of the Company is held by institutions and insiders, including a significant strategic holding by Rio2, providing a well-aligned shareholder base as the Company advances its portfolio.
