Management Profile:
Dr Tim Coughlin - CEO & President Bio - Tim Coughlin is a geologist with more than 35 years of international exploration experience, including over three decades across Colombia and the Andes. He holds a PhD from the University of Queensland, where his research focused on the evolution of the Argentine Central Andes and their relationship to copper and gold mineralization. As Chief Geologist for AngloGold Ashanti in South America, he led regional exploration programs. Tim also founded and led Lydian International, where he was instrumental in the discovery of the 5+ million-ounce Amulsar gold deposit in Armenia. He is now Founder and CEO of Royal Road Minerals.

What are your key goals for the next 3 months?:
GAM Project(Colombia): - Test the southward continuation of the discovered Guintar porphyry - Test two additional porphyry targets - Further test the exploration potential of the Margaritas license area toward the south and at depth KSA: - Finish Jabal Sahabiyah RC drill campaign and release results once received

What are your key goals for the next 6 months?:
Colombia: - Secure safe access to priority Southern Block properties to recommence field programs and advance the exploration pipeline. - Progress GAM through resource drilling campaign

What are your key goals for the next 12 months?:
GAM: -Continue advancing resource drilling at GAM to support the evaluation of the project's resource potential
