Sitka Gold Corp. is building one of the Yukon's most exciting new gold districts. Its flagship RC Gold Project, in the prolific Tombstone Gold Belt, already hosts 1.29 million ounces of indicated gold and 3.83 million ounces of inferred gold across three deposits, all still open for expansion. The 447 km² land package includes 11 known gold-bearing intrusions, many of them still untested. With road access just two hours from Dawson City, Sitka drills efficiently and at low cost, and its 60,000-metre 2026 program is one of the largest ever in the Yukon. Founder-led and discovery-driven, Sitka is growing gold ounces in Canada's next great gold camp.

Management Profile:
Cor Coe has more than 50 years of experience in mineral exploration, working primarily in the Yukon, Arizona and Nevada. As co-founder and CEO of Sitka Gold, he has led the discovery and advancement of the RC Gold Project in the Yukon's Tombstone Gold Belt. His previous roles include leadership positions with Silver Predator Corp., Tundra Copper Corp., Triumph Gold Corp. and Americas Bullion Royalty Corp. In 2025, Cor received the Yukon Prospector of the Year award at the Yukon Geoscience Forum. He remains actively involved in fieldwork and in mentoring the next generation of geoscientists.

What are your key goals for the next 3 months?:
Over the next three months, Sitka Gold is focused on completing and reporting results from its 60,000-metre 2026 drill program at the RC Gold Project in the Yukon's Tombstone Gold Belt, one of the largest drill programs ever carried out in the territory. We are advancing environmental baseline and technical studies and growing our team as the company prepares to move into the development phase. We also aim to broaden our institutional shareholder base in Europe and the UK.

What are your key goals for the next 6 months?:
Over the next six months, Sitka Gold plans to deliver an updated Mineral Resource Estimate for the RC Gold Project that incorporates results from the 2026 drill program, followed shortly after by a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA). Together, these milestones will mark RC Gold's transition from exploration toward development.

What are your key goals for the next 12 months?:
Sitka Gold is at an inflection point as RC Gold moves from discovery toward development. Over the next 12 months, following the updated Mineral Resource Estimate and PEA, we plan to launch a 2027 drill program of at least 60,000 metres to keep growing our deposits and test new targets across the district. At the same time, we will advance environmental baseline and engineering studies, continue building our team, and strengthen our relationships with First Nations and local communities. Our goal is to establish RC Gold as a cornerstone of the Yukon's emerging gold district.

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?:
Sitka Gold offers a rare combination of scale, growth and value. The RC Gold Project already hosts 1.29 million ounces of indicated gold and 3.83 million ounces of inferred gold across three deposits, all still open, within a 447 km² land package with 11 known gold-bearing intrusions. Road access just two hours from Dawson City keeps our drilling costs among the lowest in the Yukon, and we have been adding ounces at a discovery cost of approximately $120 per ounce. Despite this, Sitka trades at about US$55 per ounce, well below its Yukon peers. With an updated resource estimate, a PEA and another 60,000+ metre drill program ahead, we believe the company is well positioned for a re-rating.
