STLLR released its Tower PEA: 273,000oz annual production over 19-years, US$2.5B & 24% after-tax NPV & IRR, at US$3,200/oz gold. Our 3rd project, the Hollinger in Timmins, is a near-term cash flow opportunity. STLLR is cashed up (C$45 million) and trades at US$7/oz EV to total resources. Our team has mine building experience, with Eric Sprott (15%) and Agnico Eagle (11%) as our largest shareholders. Our goal is to advance both projects to "shovel ready".

What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?
We are continuing to de-risk the Tower Gold Project with continued infill drilling to upgrade the MRE, conduct trade-off and technical studies, and progress towards a Pre-Feasibility Study in 2027. We are also continuing with environmental baseline work that will advance our permitting process for Tower.
What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?
With 16 million ounces in our portfolio, from 2 large scale gold projects in Canada, and a near-term cash flow asset, we are the most attractive and highest-upside gold developer in the sector considering we are only trading at US$7/oz Enterprise Value to Total Mineral Resource. The company is backed by 2 industry stalwarts: Eric Sprott (15% ownership) and Agnico Eagle (11% ownership) validating the potential of our assets.
What are the top 3 key investor takeaways?
1 - Compelling valuation for a junior gold developer with 16 million gold ounces in global mineral resources, trading at US$7/oz Enterprise Value to Total Resources (Peers are trading at US$100/oz)
2 - Backed by Eric Sprott (15% ownership) and Agnico Eagle (11%)
3 - Hollinger Tailings Project is a near-term cash flow opportunity, with the potential to generate C$500 million free cash flow at current gold prices
