Sun Summit Minerals is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on district-scale gold and copper discovery in British Columbia. The flagship JD Project, in the Toodoggone District, hosts an epithermal Au-Ag and porphyry Cu-Au system on a 15,000-hectare land package. Sun Summit has completed its 2026 drill program at JD — the largest single-season program in Company history, totaling 16,000+ metres. Drilling followed up on 2025 high-grade results, including 81 m of 4.80 g/t Au (CZ-25-021). Assay results are pending from 55 drill holes, with an inaugural MRE targeted for Q1 2027. The portfolio also includes the Theory Project (Cu-Au) and Orbit Project (Au-Cu) in the Toodoggone, and the Buck Project in central B.C.

Management Profile:
Niel Marotta, CEO Niel Marotta is a seasoned executive with a strong track record in leadership, investment, and entrepreneurship. Prior to Sun Summit Minerals, he was a top-performing fund manager at Fidelity Management and Research Company in Boston, managing over $1 billion across multiple industries, including the Fidelity Select Gold Portfolio. He also served as Vice President of Orezone Resources, playing a key role in its $350 million acquisition by Iamgold in 2009. Mr. Marotta has worked as an investment banker and entrepreneur, involved in financings and M&A transactions exceeding $1 billion, and was co-founder and CEO of Indiva. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from McGill University.

What are your key goals for the next 3 months?:
Sun Summit's near-term focus is on receiving, reviewing, and reporting assay results from the recently completed 16,000+ metre drill program at the JD Project's Creek, Finn, and Schmitt Zones, along with metallurgical test results expected in Q4 2026. The Company also plans to complete and analyze geophysical surveying at JD, and to complete and evaluate results from the active field programs at Theory and Orbit.

What are your key goals for the next 6 months?:
Over the next six months, Sun Summit intends to advance toward its inaugural Mineral Resource Estimate at the JD Project, targeted for Q1 2027, while continuing to evaluate exploration work at Theory and Orbit to define and prioritize targets for future follow-up across its growing Toodoggone land position.

What are your key goals for the next 12 months?:
Over the next 12 months, Sun Summit's primary goal is to deliver an inaugural Mineral Resource Estimate for the JD Project, targeted for Q1 2027. The company expects to have a significant drill program in 2027 at JD targeting both the epithermal gold-silver system, as well as some priority porphyry targets. The Company also plans an inaugural drill program at Theory in 2027, building on 2026 exploration results, while continuing to evaluate and prioritize targets at Orbit. Sun Summit aims to continue building out its district-scale gold and copper portfolio across the Toodoggone.

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?:
Sun Summit offers investors exposure to a district-scale, high-grade gold-copper opportunity in one of B.C.'s most active exploration corridors. JD Project drilling in 2024 and 2025 returned strong high-grade results, including 81 m of 4.80 g/t Au (incl. 14.0 m of 19.81 g/t Au, CZ-25-021) and 122.5 m of 2.1 g/t Au (incl. 1.5 m of 121.0 g/t Au, CZ-24-004). The Creek Mineralized Zone alone spans roughly 750 x 300 x 150 metres and remains open along strike and at depth, within a 4.5 km corridor across a 31,500-hectare land package in the Toodoggone — a Tier 1 mining jurisdiction with established infrastructure. Results from 2024, 2025, and the recently completed 2026 drill program, together with historical drilling on the property, are expected to inform Sun Summit's inaugural Mineral Resource Estimate at JD, targeted for Q1 2027. The district has also drawn significant major-mining investment: in 2025-2026, companies including Centerra Gold, AngloGold Ashanti, Skeena Resources, and Freeport-McMoRan have committed more than $200 million combined to Toodoggone-area explorers through equity investments and earn-in agreements. Sun Summit believes this level of major-company interest underscores the district's prospectivity and supports the Company's own district-scale strategy in the region.

What are your corporate activities?:
Sun Summit's near-term corporate priorities include:
• Financial position: The Company holds approximately $6 million in cash, which management believes is sufficient to fund operations through mid-2027, past the release of the inaugural JD MRE. Sun Summit also has approximately $12 million in in-the-money warrants outstanding, which, if exercised, could fund the Company's 2027 exploration program.
• Brand awareness and investor outreach: building awareness of the JD Project and the Company's broader Toodoggone land package among institutional and retail investors ahead of the Q1 2027 inaugural Mineral Resource Estimate, with a goal of growing institutional ownership and analyst coverage.
• Equity financing: the Company may consider future equity financing opportunities to support continued exploration, with financing plans informed by market conditions and Company milestones, including results from the JD MRE.
• Strategic partnerships and M&A: as an exploration-focused company, Sun Summit would evaluate the potential benefits of an investment or partnership from a strategic party, including the possible acquisition of the Company, where such a transaction would support shareholder value.
• Permitting and community engagement: the JD Project holds a 5-year permit, and the Company is currently working to finalize exploration agreements with local First Nations.
• Continued exploration: advancing exploration along the Creek-to-Finn Corridor and generating new drill targets at JD, while continuing to evaluate and develop the Theory and Orbit projects to build out a district-scale land position in the Toodoggone.
• Upcoming catalysts: JD assay results from the 55-hole 2026 drill program expected through year-end; JD metallurgical report expected Q3/Q4 2026; inaugural JD Mineral Resource Estimate targeted for Q1 2027; and ongoing Theory and Orbit exploration results as they are received.
