What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?:
Advanced, de-risked asset: Castelo de Sonhos is a large-scale, LP-permitted open-pit gold project with a completed PFS, conventional metallurgy, 98% recoveries and existing infrastructure. Robust economics: The updated 2025 PFS delivers a 40% after-tax IRR and US$603M after-tax NPV5 at US$2,200/oz gold, with substantial upside at current gold prices. Significant valuation disconnect: TriStar trades at approximately US$20/oz M&I and 0.02x P/NAV, well below comparable gold developers. Single identifiable overhang: The valuation appears constrained primarily by an ongoing legal challenge to the LP permit, which remains valid and in force, rather than by the project's technical or economic fundamentals. Strategically relevant asset: As one of a limited number of advanced gold development projects in Brazil, Castelo de Sonhos could be attractive to companies with the financial capacity, technical expertise and regional operating experience to advance the project. Clear re-rating potential: A positive legal outcome or further permitting progress has the potential to narrow the gap between TriStar's current valuation and the underlying value of the asset
