Union Power Metals Ltd. (CSE: UPPR) is a Canadian critical-minerals exploration company focused primarily on advancing its 100%-owned manganese projects in Slovakia, strategically located within the European automotive and battery supply chain. The company controls the Švabovce and Michalová projects, which together contain significant historic manganese resources and benefit from established mining history, infrastructure and extensive historical geological data. UPPR is currently undertaking a 2026 drill program designed to confirm and expand the historic mineralization and support modern resource evaluation. Recent metallurgical work has also demonstrated the potential to produce battery-grade manganese material, strengthening the projects' relevance to Europe's push for secure domestic critical-mineral supply. UPPR also provides exploration upside through its **UA92 uranium project in Botswana.

Market Cap: ~C$18–20 million
Primary Commodity: Manganese
Primary Jurisdiction:Slovakia, European Union
Secondary Exposure: Uranium – Botswana
Near-Term Catalysts: Drilling, assays, resource confirmation, metallurgical/scoping work and advancement of the Slovakian manganese projects.

Management Profile:
CEO & Director Derrick Dao Founder incl. King Tide Carbon (acq. 2021) Former IB at J.P. Morgan & Rystad Energy Petroleum engineer, McDaniel Associates Worked across Singapore, Canada & Germany with extensive capital markets experience

What are your key goals for the next 3 months?:
Execute the Slovakia drilling program. Michalova is permitted and drill-ready. The immediate objective is confirmatory drilling to validate historic grades and better define the near-surface oxide and deeper carbonate mineralization, alongside continued work across the Slovak assets. Generate the technical data needed for a modern resource. SLR Consulting and Luke Evans have been engaged for the initial NI 43-101 Mineral Resource Estimate and Technical Report at Michalova, currently targeted for early 2027. The next few months of drilling, sampling and technical work are therefore important inputs into that process. Advance metallurgy and the battery-grade manganese story. H2 2026 plans include metallurgical testing of the carbonate ore. Strategically, UPPR needs to demonstrate that the historic Slovak manganese deposits can potentially become a modern European source of manganese suitable for the battery/industrial supply chain—not simply that manganese exists in the ground. Deliver additional catalysts from Botswana without distracting from Slovakia. The UA92 airborne uranium survey has been completed, with results expected in 2026. Botswana gives UPPR a second potential source of news flow, while Slovakia remains the company's stated primary focus.

What are your key goals for the next 6 months?:
Complete and report the Slovakia drilling program. The immediate work is confirmatory/resource-definition drilling at Michalova, designed to validate the historic data and evaluate both the near-surface oxide and deeper carbonate mineralization. Further resource drilling is planned through H2 2026. Deliver meaningful assays and demonstrate continuity. The important outcome isn't simply good individual drill holes. Management needs to show that modern drilling supports the historic geological model, grades and continuity. That would materially de-risk the existing historic estimates, which are not currently NI 43-101 resources. Advance Michalova toward its first NI 43-101 resource. SLR Consulting and Luke Evans have already been engaged to prepare the initial Michalova Mineral Resource Estimate and Technical Report. The company's current timeline targets delivery in early 2027. Establish the metallurgy. Metallurgical testing of the carbonate mineralization is planned for H2 2026. This is critical because UPPR ultimately needs to demonstrate not only tonnes and grade, but whether the manganese can be processed into a commercially relevant product. Start defining an economic development pathway. Following the initial resource work, UPPR says it intends to undertake internal economic scoping to evaluate development alternatives. By early 2027, investors should ideally have a much clearer picture of what the pathway from historic deposit → modern resource → potential development looks like. Generate a second stream of catalysts from Botswana. The UA92 airborne uranium survey has been completed, with results expected during 2026. Those results can be used to prioritize targets for follow-up exploration and potentially drilling, while keeping Slovakia as the primary corporate focus. NEXT 6 MONTHS Drill → Assay → Validate → Metallurgy → Resource → Re-rate

What are your key goals for the next 12 months?:
TODAY: Historic scale + active exploration
3 MONTHS: Drilling + assays + metallurgy
6 MONTHS: Validation + initial resource + scoping
12 MONTHS: Modern resource platform + development pathway + stronger market valuation

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?:
UPPR offers investors early-stage exposure to what could become one of Europe's significant domestic manganese resource platforms—located inside the EU battery and automotive corridor, supported by substantial historical geological work, and now entering the drilling, metallurgy and independent resource-validation phase that could materially de-risk and re-rate the story.
