What are your key goals for the next 3 months?:
Valhalla is curently drilling the Sun project, a high grade Cu-Zn VMS asset located in the Ambler Mining District, Alaska. With the 2026 drilling program complete, the Company’s near-term focus will be on receiving and interpreting assay results from the completed holes and integrating those results into the Sun geological model. The results will be used to evaluate the continuity and potential extensions of mineralization at Main Sun Zone and to refine targets for future drill programs.

What are your key goals for the next 6 months?:
Over the next six months, Valhalla Metals' key priorities are to complete and report results from the 2026 drill program at the Sun Project, which commenced in July and is designed to expand the known resource, and to begin integrating the newly acquired Smucker Project into our district-scale exploration strategy following the closing of the Teck transaction on May 31, 2026. With the $15 million financing now closed, we are well capitalized to advance both assets through the remainder of the field season, and we will continue to consolidate our position in the Ambler Mining District while progressing permitting and technical work needed to define next steps at Smucker. Alongside the technical program, we remain focused on maintaining strong capital-markets engagement and transparent shareholder communication as we translate drilling and integration progress into demonstrated resource growth across the portfolio.

What are your key goals for the next 12 months?:
Over the next twelve months, Valhalla Metals' goals extend beyond the current drill program to establish the Company as the leading platform in the Ambler Mining District. We aim to complete the 2026 Sun drill program while advancing early-stage technical work at the newly acquired Smucker Project to define a maiden 43-101 resource and identify priority drill targets for a 2027 program. We will continue to track and support progress on the Ambler Access Road, which remains the single most important catalyst for unlocking value across our district-scale land position, and will work to consolidate our claims and strengthen our footprint as permitting momentum builds under the current federal approvals. Financially, we intend to maintain a disciplined capital-markets strategy, ensuring the balance sheet supports both projects through drilling and permitting milestones, and we will keep shareholders informed through regular updates as we convert exploration results and district consolidation into demonstrated, de-risked value across the Sun and Smucker projects.

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?:
Valhalla offers a rare combination in the junior mining space: two advanced-stage VMS projects in Alaska's Ambler Mining District with substantial scale, including Sun's 1.71Mt indicated and ~9Mt inferred resource at 4.2% CuEq, and Smucker's historical estimate of 11.8Mt at 6.27% CuEq, acquired from Teck in June 2026. We're backed by strategic shareholders in Teck and Marubeni, giving us both financial support and technical credibility, and we're benefiting from a major infrastructure tailwind with the October 2025 Presidential Order approving the Ambler Road. With drilling underway at Sun, new VTEM targets identified, and a clear path toward integrating Smucker into our resource base, investors get exposure to district-scale copper-zinc-lead-silver-gold potential at a stage where near-term catalysts can meaningfully re-rate the company.
